RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE UNLESS THE ITEM PURCHASED IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED. PLEASE CONTACT INFO@WANITAKUAT.CO FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
ANY RETURNS/EXCHANGES ACCEPTED WILL HAVE TO BE PAID FOR BY THE CUSTOMER.
SHIPPING
ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED THROUGH ROYAL MAIL.
STANDARD DELIVERY
ALL STANDARD ORDERS WITHIN THE UK TAKE APPROXIMATELY 2-4 WORKING DAYS.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
ALL EXPRESS ORDER WITHIN THE UK WILL BE SENT VIA NEXT DAY/SPECIAL DELIVERY IF ORDERED BEFORE 2PM.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK TAKE APPROXIMATELY 7-20 WORKING DAYS.
UNCLAIMED PARCEL
WHEN WE RECEIVE A RETURNED PARCEL DUE TO IT BEING UNCLAIMED, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE CONTACTED VIA EMAIL TO CONFIRM IF THE ORDER IS STILL WANTED. IF SO, PAYMENT OF POSTAGE FEE WILL BE REQUIRED TO RE-DESPATCH. IF CUSTOMER CHOOSES TO CANCEL THE ORDER, THE ORDER EXCLUDING SHIPPING FEE WILL BE REFUNDED.
ONCE THE REFUND TAKES PLACE, AN AUTOMATED EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE CUSTOMER.
